Our Mission: Empowering and inspiring leaders in security and technology for safer nations.
Our Vision: To create a safer, more secure and equitable world.
Dr Miah Hammond-Errey spent 18 years leading intelligence analysis and operations across government in Australia, Europe, and Asia. She watched technology reshape national security, power, and leadership and watched institutions, boards, and leaders consistently arrive late to understanding what it meant. She founded Strat Futures in 2024 to close that gap: a cognitive readiness platform for individual leaders, and a research and advisory practice for organisations and governments navigating the same terrain.

Dr Miah Hammond-Errey is the founding CEO of Strat Futures Pty Limited, host of the Technology & Security and Cognitive Edge Podcasts and an adjunct Associate Professor at Deakin University. Miah developed and leads the Cognitive Readiness and Resilience platform for leaders who make high stakes decisions.
